This page explains what SARXON handles when you browse the site or get in touch about a project.
Who is responsible
SARXON Creative Studio is responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us at hello@sarxon.com.
What we handle
Project enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include about yourself or your project. The email field on this site opens your own email application; the website does not submit or store its contents.
Basic technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs so the website can be delivered safely and reliably.
Temporary navigation state. The site uses session storage to remember where to return you after viewing a project. It contains short route identifiers, is not used to profile you, and is cleared with the browser session.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to reply, understand a possible project, prepare a proposal, and take steps you request before a contract. We use basic technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. Where necessary, we may also retain information to meet legal obligations or protect legal claims.
Cookies and tracking
SARXON currently uses no advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling. The temporary session storage described above supports navigation only. If this changes, we will update this notice and request consent before using any non-essential technology where the law requires it.
Who may receive it
Information may be handled by providers that help us run the website and email, and by professional advisers or public authorities where this is necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is needed to answer an enquiry, develop or manage a working relationship, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of your personal information, or object to how it is used. Contact hello@sarxon.com to make a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
